Would you buy a home without a
full inspection?

Then why would you buy an RV or
Camper without having it inspected
?

We offer a 250 pt. Pre-Purchase Inspection that is hard to beat!

There are so many RV's to choose from new and used and, of course, you want to find the one that suits your needs and your price range. It is difficult to buy a vehicle if you don't know what to look for, because you never really know what you are getting. Of course the person selling it to you, whether a dealer or individual, will tell you that everything works and it's in great shape. Although there are many people that have integrity and you can trust them, there are so many you can't trust. We always explain to anyone who contacts us that because you as the buyer are making a tremendous financial investment, you should consider having the vehicle inspected ahead of time and receive an unbiased factual detailed report.

We here at DR Dave's RV and Trailer Repair have done many RV and Camper Inspections. Not only is David a Registered RV Technician and Appliance Specialist, he was also a Certified NRVIA Inspector in 2016. We have a 250 Point Inspection that people have really appreciated. The inspection covers every area of your trailer. We test the roof, plumbing, side walls, doors, windows, storage, awnings, slide outs, chassis/frame, steps, electric, utilities, converter, generator, propane, appliances, furniture, floors, walls, cabinets, interior, safety features, etc. We actually perform tests on many of these and we generate an in-depth report to you the consumer.

We also take pictures of problem areas, ask questions about warranties, previous owners, any accidents, etc. We can even test drive the vehicle and report what we find there.

Unlike our competitors, we'll give you an unbiased inspection that will give you honest results. Our independent trained RV inspector will give you the exact specifics of your vehicle's performance and list out the trouble areas.

The Inspection shall not be construed as a "Compliance Inspection" of any code, governmental regulation, or of any manufacturer's installation procedures or instructions.

Completed RV Inspections are not an expressed, implied warranty or guarantee of adequacy, performance, or useful life of any RV, or any of its components or systems.

"On a scale of one to five, we give David and Sheila a TEN! Their reputation precedes them at the dealership and warning bells seem to sound to the sales and repair staff. With them on your side it seems that no problem can remain hidden from view. The attention to detail, the thoroughness and the expertise not only impressed us but had the RV dealer hurrying to get the appropriate repairs done even before David and Sheila arrived for their 7-hour plus inspection. After presenting their extremely detailed report with copious detailed photographs to the RV Dealer, they agreed to make every single correction except for a few minor cosmetic appointments that had nothing to do with safety issues on the 15-year old Class A Motor Home that we are about to take possession. Dr. Dave and his extremely organized wife, Sheila, put the fear of the Almighty Creator in the dealer. With Dave and Sheila on the case no safety issue can be swept under the rug or avoided. Tremendous thanks to Dr. Dave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

When you get a new RV, you want to enjoy it, not spend your time at home waiting for your RV to be fixed.

“I can’t say enough about Sheila and Dave! They inspected my new class C which was out of state, thus I relied on them very heavily for a honest, thorough inspection. And they exceeded my expectations as they continued to follow up with the sales reps and with me until I had the rig in my possession.”  â€‹

Some RV Inspection
Facts that you need

to know.

May people think that just because they are buying a new RV they don't need a RV inspection. That is the farthest thing from the truth. Many RV's are not put together properly or they are rushed because of deadlines.

There have been many issues with propane, electric, plumbing, and even sealant issues with new RV's. Just because your buying a new RV does not guarantee that it will be free of problems. Many dealers will try to convince you that they have already done their own inspection. What they don't tell you is that their inspection was only an hour or two. Plus they have to pass their own inspection to sell their camper or RV. We offer a six to eight hour inspection that is very detailed. We give our customers an unbiased inspection that gives them negotiating power.
